The heat of summer sun brings out the sweetest of fruits’ juices. Capturing this natural sugar is what happens when you pair fresh peaches and tomatoes with a simple creamy burrata.

Peach Burrata

1 4 oz. ball burrata, sliced

2 ripe peaches, sliced

3-4 plum tomatoes, sliced

½ cup cherry tomatoes

2-4 sprigs fresh basil, sliced

Extra virgin olive oil, to sprinkle

Salt and pepper

Option:

Sprinkle balsamic vinegar

Slice fresh fruits and lay out on a clean platter, Slice burrata and gently place over fruits.

Sprinkle with fresh basil, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.
